No win, no fee. Ever.
You pay us only when money reaches you, as a share of what we recover. If the claim fails you owe nothing at all.
If we win
of whatever we recover for you. Tax included, nothing added.
- No fee if the claim fails
- No VAT or sales tax added on top
- No setup fee, no admin charges, no subscription
- Free to check whether you qualify
- We cover the cost of pursuing the airline
If it goes to court
Most claims never do. When an airline refuses a valid claim and we instruct solicitors to issue proceedings, a further 25% legal fee applies to that claim.
The risk stays with us either way — if the case is lost, you pay nothing.
- Nothing is ever asked of you up front
- Still nothing to pay if the claim fails
What you actually take home
The three compensation bands under EC 261 and UK 261, with our 25% fee worked through. The figures below are what actually reaches your account.
| Flight distance | Compensation | Our fee | You receive |
|---|---|---|---|
| Up to 1,500 km e.g. London → Alicante |
£220 | £55 | £165 |
| 1,500–3,500 km e.g. London → Málaga |
£350 | £87.50 | £262.50 |
| Over 3,500 km e.g. London → New York |
£520 | £130 | £390 |
Every passenger on the booking is owed the same amount, children included. A family of four on a Málaga flight is claiming £1,400, not £350.
Three ways to claim
You do not have to use us. Here is the honest comparison.
Do it yourself
Costs nothing. You keep 100% of anything you recover.
You write to the airline, chase it, handle the refusal, and decide whether to escalate to the regulator or to court yourself. Many airlines simply do not reply first time.
Best if you have time and patience, and the airline has already accepted liability.
Delay Crew
25% if we win. Nothing if we don't.
We check the flight against airline records, file the claim, argue the refusal, escalate to the regulator, and go to court where it's worth it.
Best if you would rather not spend months on it, or the airline has already brushed you off.
A solicitor
Hourly rates or a success fee, often with costs payable whatever happens.
Appropriate for complex or high-value disputes well beyond a standard delay claim.
Rarely proportionate for a £350 claim.
Questions about the fee
What if the claim fails?
You pay nothing. No fee, no costs, no admin charge. We carry the cost of the work and of pursuing the airline.
When is the fee taken?
Compensation is paid to us under the assignment you sign. We deduct our fee and transfer the balance to your account, normally within 5 working days of the money clearing.
What if the airline pays me directly?
It happens. Tell us, and our fee is still due on that amount, because the claim succeeded as a result of the work we did.
Is there VAT or tax on top?
No. Our 25% is the whole fee, with any applicable tax included — nothing is added on top. The figures in the table are exactly what lands in your account.
Why is the legal fee higher?
Issuing court proceedings means instructing solicitors, paying court fees and carrying real cost and risk — all of which we fund. When that happens a further 25% applies, and only on claims that actually go that route.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from signing to cancel free of charge. After that you can still withdraw, but if the airline has already agreed to pay, our fee is due on that amount. The full position is in our terms.
Do you charge per passenger?
The percentage applies to the total recovered, however many passengers are on the claim. Adding your family increases what you receive; it does not increase the rate.
